My business is somewhat different from yours. I do more directly for the public, as apposed to working for attorneys. More work like cheating spouse and child custody cases. The problem with cheating spouse cases is that potential clients view dealing with their problem as a luxury. Less apt to spend money to look into that problem if finances are tight. On custody cases, people are still hesitant to spend the money. I think that is a mistake on there part because hiring us for a custody case will usually dramactically lower there attorney costs. That is because when we get them proof to go to court with, they don’t have to keep going back to court over and over again.

I hope you are correct about the comment. I will say that in the 20 years I have been in the legal business the trend I notice is that we make more money in the legal profession during a downturn. I don’t know why but I hear it alot. More lawsuits are filed and more crimes are committed. That is good for people like you and me.

3 new cases in a night, Wow. Good job. Our business in picking up this last week too. I think this economy may be turning around.
